Every fucking day girls walk into my gym and take the rack to do wobbly heels high in the sky squats with just the bar. This is the worst meme of all time and needs to stop

Fitness knowledge on the internet blew up. Compounds are so great for tracking progress and if you dont gain mass atleast you can lift more. The chicken leg/calves everyday also helped with making the squat sensation blow up.

Anyway, I hope next memes to die are high protein diets and rest days. Such trolls from roiders.
