Pull push legs+shoulders
SLDL on leg day so i need 1 day to recover, thats why pull before push
legs+shoulders because why the fuck not. Also doing OHP and bench on the same day, as already mentioned is a bad idea.
I can't do OHP and bench on the same day because my legs cramp up when I squeeze them during OHP and I haven't warmed up my legs.
