Does anyone get lightheaded and feel like they are going to pass out while squatting heavy?
Its not a matter of pain or mental effort, but of getting dizzy and my vision swimming/getting blurry.
I have kind of low blood pressure and I think this might have something to do with it.

only after ive done a few sets, and then deadlift after it.
im just assuming its because you use allot of musscle. so there will be allot of increased bloodflow to those musscles. making me perhaps a bit light headed.

Tips on breathing correctly?
I inhale while crouching down, hold, then exhale while pushing up
Then I try to breathe once or twice between reps

If I don't eat enough, I sorta feel like I'm going to pass out at the gym.
Like today I was so lightheaded that I didn't finish my workout.
Only happens when I don't eat before going.

When this happens to me I rage.
I've passed out before at the gym.
Its hard to balance eating enough so I won't faint without eating so much that I'll puke or can't do cardio.

One thing I found helpful is after you finish your set, you stand there and keep your legs contracted. As you squeeze your legs it helps to return the blood back to the rest of your body so you don't feel light headed.
Also important to make sure you are eating, drinking enough water, and getting enough salt/sodium

It has happened to me when I DL after some squatting.
I always took it as a sign that I'm going heavy and never pay attention.
