Most often heavy intesive SS with 3-4 minute breaks
Example 1: log lift 8x90kg-> barbell shurgs 10x130kg-> rest
Example 2: Farmers walk 110kg each hand 15 meter-> yoke 230kg back or a bit longer.
Example 3: (normal gym equipment) 70kg strict ohp 5 reps-> static hold barbell 160kg for as long as u can-> rest

My bench has consistently been around 70lbs higher than my press. My bench press form is still not perfect, as each person's anatomy differs, and I've yet to find that perfect hand positioning on the bar plus where it comes down and touches my chest.

I was benching using my shoulders more so than my chest, I attribute this to my OHP progress. Don't get me wrong, when I press im not arching backwards. My long arms meant i was benching shoulder dominant for awhile, which carried over to my OHP. Im stalling on bench now because i need to engage my chest more, bench is at 235 last time i maxed.

I've always been active, im only now getting into weight training/aesthetics, got my gym membership in March. Did a lot of martial arts, soccer, swimming, footbal as a kid.

Lateral raises and full ROM skullcrushers.
Do Texas Method with a focus on the OHP (always do it as the first lift of the day).
Inclined Bench and Clean & Press as ancillary exercises can also help.

Oh, and do DB presses regularly.

A lifting belt can also help.
