What does /fit/ have for breakfast?
I need new breakfast ideas. It's hot here and hard to eat in the morning but I need something in my stomach before I go to work and I'm tempted to buy shit at the cafe next door.
I have hard times eating stuff in the morning.
Always had phases where I tried but ended up dropping it and just going for coffee until it's lunch time.
I don't know. Oats, cooked eggs, fruits, fit-pancakes.
Probably shit that you can prepare the evening before.

OATMEAL + BANANA + YOGURT + EGGS
Scoopshake:
2 scoops vanilla broton power
1 banana
1 cup vanilla almond milk (nonsweet, my ass is already sweet enough lol)
1 cup spinach
1 scoop preworkout
>Blend spinach with milk
>add powder, blend
>add nanner, blend
Egg Flap:
3 eggs
1 cup spinach, chopped (big soggy leaves are no fun to eat)
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 cup butter chicken sauce
>mix it all in a bowl
>heat oil/butter in pan (I use PAM coconut spray)
>pour it in and fry till brown
>flip it over and do the same
Alternative to Egg Flap, if I'm feeling like a real wildman:
Tuna Buddies:
1 can tuna
2 eggs
1/3 cup shredded skim cheese (I like cheddar because the orange makes them look nice)
1/4 chopped onion
Spices (Clubhouse brand Herb and Garlic seasoning is my favourite, try Montreal Steak Spice for a Canadien kick!)
>mix ingredients in bowl
>do the same pan stuff as with Egg Flap
>put mixture onto pan in four patties (mold them into fish shapes for an exciting breakfast treat)
>cook until brown on either side, flipping as necessary (be careful, unlike real tuna these little guys fall apart if they flip too much)
In addition I also edge to high test white girl ass for an hour and a half before I make breakfast as a pre-pre-workout pick me up
Oatmeal with bananas, apples, berries w/e. Get them carbs in the morning.
Also, just started drinking lemon water first thing in the morning, really makes you feel good and ready to eat normal stuff; before that, I also had a hard time eating ma oatz

>butter chicken sauce to eggs
Sounds interesting, may need to try. Wouldn't it make a poor consistency/runny egg mess though?
>>35257555
Nope, with the added spinach and onion it comes out just liquid enough to flow on the pan, but solid enough to stay at omlette consistency when flipped. its absolutely perfect, tastes fantastic and the sauce only adds ~70 cals if you're cutting.

Interesting, will need to try, thank you
