Hi Fit,
This is my first post here, I apologize if I come across as a newfag.
I've been on adderall for adhd for the past few months, and noticed that my appetite has really left me when I take it. No worries, I am using the drug in the healthy matter that I am supposed to. I would not put my health at risk by using it if it was not prescribed by a doctor.
Some of my friends are having a hard time losing weight, and are looking for more natural appetite suppressants. This isn't so they can lose weight fast, it's just to help them get used to eating less.
I've been working my ass off (literally) for the past 11 months, and have lost 52 pounds as of today, taking me from 282 to 230. I plan on losing another 30 and then possibly twenty more in the long run.
I hope that I can become a natural on /fit to learn about more diets, and better lifting techniques.
