I need my DOMS gone by tomorrow to get back in the game. I've ice/cold bath and taken BCAAs, what else can I do other than steroids and sleep?

I got incredibly DOMS after my first gym session, every muscle in my body was aching and I could barely get into and out of my car. Ever since then I havn't got it at all. How do I get my DOMS back? I've worked every muscle to failure but it feels like within 3 hours I could go back in and do my entire routine all over again

I fucking love doms. I am pretty new to lifting and the first week I could barely function as a human being. Now I just get tired and it does not feel nearly as intense. Just thinking about stretching with doms makes me happy

Eat plenty of protein and get a lot of sleep. That will give your body the tools and time it needs to repair.

if youre starting out op or coming back from a break, just get your protein in and rest and take a day or two rest period in between workouts with plenty of sleep.
