How many of you bros have this curse because of a shitty past lifestyle?
What are the fixes too it? Mine is not extreme, but it's enough to make me look like a duck.
Any routines that have worked for you would be appreciated.

youre not gonna fix 20 years of shitty posture by stretching a few minutes a day and the most effective way to fix it is fixing the cause (slouching and sitting 247), not the problem(stretching). seriously, just start having good posture and get your squat to 405

Do Yoga, tell your teacher, he can help you fix your back.

It takes a lot of time thought.

I'm not sure if I'll have time for yoga. But I think some stretches and a better posture 24/7 would kinda help it.

I want to fix a long term problem without dedicating any time to lifestyle changes

Won't specific stretches and practicing good posture fix it? I don't think It's essential for me to do yoga
>>
>>35249945
yes they will

google the couch stretch and youre pretty much set. then just start clenching your ass and abs throughout the day

Would squats and deadlifts with proper form regularly help fix this?

yes, they will help but they wont be enough alone

Anterior pelvic tilt crew.

It got to the point that my lower back hurt so much that I couldn't move. I stopped doing exercises that exacerbated the situation and started working on bringing up lagging areas such as hammies, glutes, core, etc. I started swimming which is less impacting on your back (I used to cycle 15-30 miles each time I'd do cardio and for several reasons it was causing more pain).

It takes time. Stretching will acutely fix your pain to an extent, but you need to start doing everything now with the mindset of keeping a good posture.

If you have a bad enough APT you won't even begin to practice good form squatting because your mechanics won't allow you to without pain/ discomfort.

This issue is only going to get fixed by devoting time to correct your posture. This isn't something you just throw into on back day and go about your merry way.
