You guys ever try light therapy to help with winter blues? Any results / stories?
I'm studying in Northern Sweden currently and have had zero motivation / sex drive the last few weeks, and now there is only ~4 hours of sunlight a day. Currently sitting in front of a light box right now that I purchased today.

I work in a lab growing plants in strictly regulated climate rooms. I certainly feel refreshed after a few hours in the daylight rooms (posting from dark scandinavia as well).
It's anecdotical as hell, but I feel it helps with the winter blues, and the light from light boxes are of a similar composition as our growth lamps.

I've been tempted to get something like a philips hue bulb. There are a few colour changing ones that are cheaper that work on the same software I think. I've made my own led arrays before so I might try linking something up to the same system or something.

Living in Florida and its still pretty sunny here. Its only gotten down to 50f or so at night here
Although the cold +humidity cuts through anything you're wearing at night its great
I love winter, i live 2 minutes from all the big nightclubs and girls are always so much easier to persuade to come back if it's 0 degrees and they're all dresses like hoes.

is it white light that you need? I bought a couple extra bulbs to make my room very fucking bright, but I'm not sure it's the right light because natural light feels normal, but not this bullshit that I have.
