Sweat potatoes and rice I guess. Not sure because I've never had a problem with bulking. It's the cutting that's hard.

When cutting or bulking I just count calories. When bulking I increase them, when cutting I eat at a deficit. It also depends o if you're doing a lean bulk or dirty bulk. A lean bulk is just having a greater caloric intake of healthy foods. Dirty bulks are just eating whatever the fuck you want solely for the caloric intake.

I fucked up today fit.
wife made delicious pasta today, I told her I was going to only eat a little, eat a little bit, eat my wife's food, go to fill up her bowl with more, also make my self a bowl because fuck it, eat mine , she has about 3 bites and says she's full so I eat hers too. basically I ate 3 servings of pasta in 1 meal .
it had zero protien , I don't have many calories left now.
