46 wow. You got some progress pics?

I started cutting in healthy weight range. Just need to lose a few pounds.
>>
>>35246568
I was too ashamed to take them. I was 300lb at my biggest (inb4 manlet).
>>
>>35246589

too bad.
>>
How am I overweight at 180 @ 6'0? Stupid.
>>
>>35246555
>Was: 34

I started eating healthy and doing exercise in march... I weighted 100kls (220 lbs), now I weight 73,3kls (161lbs)... just a couple more lbs to go and it'll be the first time in idk, like 15-16 years that I'll have a "healthy" or "normal" BMI (:

My goal is to get to 22-23 BMI, around 150-155lbs before I start eating at my maintenance calorie requirement and start building muscles :)
>>
>>35246555

So if I'm 6'4 and not anorexic then I'm overweight/obese?

Good job scientists. They sure did science the shit out of this one!
>>
>>35246659

Oh and goal 29 I guess.

Want to be 95kg at 183cm. Currently 75kg.
>>
>>35246555
anyone that moves some serious weight in the gym is easily overweight on this chart

>>

Spotted the American.
>>
>>35246555
According to this, I'm 5'9 but I'm pretty sure I've always measured as 5'7. Did I just gain 2 inches or is this getting my hopes up.

I'm 176cm but my calc says 5'7.

Anyone want to make or break my day?
>>
>>35247133
176cm is 5'9".

Yes, you are
>>

lolno
>>
>>35247148
But is 5.7 feet = 5 foot 9 inches. I don't know how ameritards can math with such an inconsistent sytem
>>
Was: 30
Now: 21
Goal: 18-19
I love running and being skinny. I want to see how low I can go without being unhealthy, I just love dieting/cutting so much.
>>
>>35247184
Wait so you're calling Americans dumb because you don't know how to convert units correctly?
>>
Start: 260lbs
Now: 233lbs

From 31.7 to 28.5 since I am 6'4.
>>
>>35247211
Yes and no.
Apparently 5.7 feet =/= 5'7.
When I think 5.7 I'd assume based off the decimal system that it converts easily. It's the fact that 1 foot is 12 inches and not 10 that throws me off.

I would assume 6.8m would be 6 meters and 80centimeters. Not 6 meters and 96centimeters if you get me. Depends if you can even metric.
>>
>>35247211
But thanks for making my day bub
>>
I was 40.1, now I'm 27.7, my goal is 24.7
>>
>>35247233
Think of it like time, where each unit is not 1/10 or 1/100, but 1/60 and 1/24.

What do you guys estimate my BMI at? 5' 9" 185. All the fat I have is just in my stomach. My back, arms, legs are all just fine.
>>
>>35246555
This is bollocks. It doesn't differentiate between fat and lean muscle mass.

Bruv. I'm 6'4 and 227 with a wingspan of 82 inches. I still look like a spooky skeleton.

That's after putting on 47 pounds over the last two years from lifting.

This pic is a 6'4 dude at 215. I take it you're just a huge faggot.
>>
>Was: 24 Lanklet

>>
>>35247319
What the fuck, I'm 6'2, 187 lbs, and I look much better than him, even though i'm dyel to /fit/ standards.
>>
>>35247308
This is widly noted and if you don't take this into consideration you probably shouldn't bother about BMI for the time being.
>>
>>35247308
For the vast majority of people that doesn't matter. BMI actually underestimates obesity, most people are fatter than BMI tells them because most humans have less lean mass than we did historically because of sedentary lifestyles.
>>
Was: 33.7 Fatass
Now: 30.4 Still Fatass

https://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/trefethen/bmi_calc.html
You can try this. It uses adjusted values for taller or shorter individuals.

>>35247281
No estimation required, BMI is a calculation. You're thinking of bodyfat percentage and bf% estimations based on pics are almost always wrong.

Much happier now, but these last two points aren't coming off quickly. At least my body composition has changed completely, have a scar from surgery that's actually lifted much higher on my back, such a trip seeing how everything (especially bellybuttons and tittays) lifts when you lose weight.
>>
bmi is fucking awful for measuring if you lift weights.
>>
>>35247158
I don't get this. I'm 6'1 at 210lbs and look fairly average.
