What do you do to prevent gas from whey? Lactase pills? How many mg do I need to take?

one contributing factor is that i use one of those bullet blenders to make my shakes. i think it incorperates a lot of air into the mix. i need to just get a shake cup, don't i?

guess i'll take the gains with the gas. but i think it had more to do with the blender than the whey itself, plus lactase.
it mixes into milk very well though, not like ON or other stuff i've tried, probably because it's pure. anyway, /thread. thanks guys
