The one thing it's opened my eyes to is how arsey some of the NHS workers are. A lot are nice but you can see how many people in this country are happy to get some manners for money.

When i eat clean, carb 50% pro 40% fat 10% my shits are hard and i dont take high fibers, should i increase my fat intake because i tear my ass sometime when shitting

I've had like 6 of em and I woke up during one. I watched their little tv screen for about 30 seconds and said "should I be awake?" A nurse said "oh no, we'll or you back out." And I was out. Felt like I had to take a mean growler when I was awake, but didn't hurt.

Op here, had mine with 3mg of sedative and it was the worst pain imaginable. My gf could hear me across the hall and likened it to empire strike's back vader, torturing solo.
They had to pull out half way in since it was too painful and my report read: "patient consistently shouted shit and fuck throughout the procedure" Which the nurse found amusing.
