What the fuck should I do to get out of that life. What did you guys do to leave auschwitz?

I made a meal plan to bulk. Here goes.

Morning:
>6 egg omelette (even though yolks fuck up your cholesterol)
>2 carrotts
>2 bananas
>1L of milk
>1 bowl of cereals
>1 shake with 1 scoop whey, 100g oats, 500ml milk, 1 tsp PB

m8 I used to be you. Still pretty auschwitz but getting there. If you cant eat big meals then up the frequency instead of size. Go to the gym every fking day until you know what you're doing. It's embarrassing being a fucking stick but no one cares.

If you still live at home buy your own food, don't rely on parents. It's easier to eat when you actually have food.

Don't make a whole meal plan and workout plan if you wont stick to it, it just makes everything look harder. Start small and just eat more than you currently eat.

Fix your sleep if it's bad. Helps appetite. Also working out in morning would probs help this but I dont rly know.

Pork is up there with chicken and beef and fish in terms of bioavailable protein, while pork rinds are, as you say, garbage from a nutritional standpoint due to being hydrolysed collagen and having shitty bioavailability.

I'm no expert, but what the hell do carrots and bananas have to do with bulking?
Cereal should be oatmeal.
If you really want to bulk you should add in at least 1 plate of macaroni with chickenbreasts and brocolli, because you're not gaining an amount of calories with what you wan't to add.
What you're trying to add equals an extra lunch or 2 snacks, but you need the big guns.
Eat 2 hot meals . Try 1 for breakfast one for dinner, or 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner.
I know what you're thinking:" that sounds too much, i don't think that i can take it."
And that's exactly the additute that isn't going to help you make it.
Plus this way you won't have to endanger your health by eating 6 ehhs a day (baka senpai)
I take 3 shakes a day, 4 scoops in total.
I eat 400 grams of meat (chickenbreast or fish)
About 100 grams of macaroni and about 200 grams of vegetables.
I also drink between 2 a 3 liter of water a day.
All of this is maintanance for me, but it'd probably be bulking for you.

Don't forget to take in 1.88 gram of protein per kilogram of your bodyweight, this is why i take 6 scoops a day.
Proteine is a must for musclerecovery, because they won't grow/ repair if you don't eat enough protein.

You could substitute your banas and carrots with something that has more calories, like beans.
This is why i suggested that you eat dinner twice a day.
A banana and some carrots will do you good when you're cutting, but not much when bulking so save yourself the money and buy food that has more carbs in it, but no sugar).

I take 1 shake when i get home, 1 shake an hour after dinner and 1 shake before bedtime.
You could take 1 shake at breakfast, 1 shake after training and 1 shake before you go to sleep.
There's also no reason for you to drink 1 liter of fluid with your shake 200ml is enough for a single scoop (it should be the recommended dosage on the back of the package).

I also don't drink milk, because it has zero advantages.
It has less proteine than a shake (same goes for yoghurt and shits) so i don't see a reason to take it.

I heard that they're filled with healthy fats, so they're healthy.
I like em a lot, but they're not a regular part of my diet.
I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my shake so i get my recommended dosage of healty fat.
All little tweaks that help you get the result you want for less money.

6 eggs will give you too much proteine in one take, because the body can only absorb about 40 grams per hour and 1 egg has about 10 gram of proteine.
Also, proteine doesn't helps you to gain weight, it's solely for muscle repair.
Meaning that you need much proteine if you're going to lift heavy-ass weights on a dialy basis, because you need fast recovery.
BUT to first start to lift heavy-ass weights you're going to need fuel and you'll get your fuel out of 9healthy) fats and carbohydrates.
Oats, pasta, brown rice, (sweet) potatos, beans are your friends, not bananas and carrots.

And 200 grams of oatmeal in a shake doesn't really make it a shake anymore, i guess.
I'd eat/drink them both seperatly, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do, so i'd at least try it, if it works, it works, rights?

Eat often, eat a lot. Your body will get used to it and sooner than later, you won't feel right unless you've eaten your entire fridge by the end of the night.

I don't like oatmeal and just mix oats with sugar, vanilla and salt and bake em on a cookie sheet till they're all golden brown with some dark brown around the outer edges of the pan, then add them to hot milk and they're like cereal. Throw some raisins or whatever in for variety.

Basically granola, I guess.
