I recently adopted a hamster and he never stops running on his wheel. What are some ways I can save him from a life of being a cardio bunny? Diet and fitness advice welcome.

Drop this fucker in a gallon of milk. GOMAD or drown.
Start feeding little dude oats and quinoa for that protein. Fill his dish with full cream milk and get him running every day. Start him light and work your way up to a small weight vest. Maybe 3% of bw. Slowly add weight until he's bearing 50% body weight at all times, at this point start injecting Marshmallow with test-e blast, cruise and repeat into early adulthood at which point get him TRENing hard and CLENing hard. Weigh him against your own mass and dose accordingly.

My building comes with a sweet calisthenics complex, more bars than I could ever need for pull ups, handstand pushups, etc.
Once I unlock otter mode I'll switch to a high protein feed (at least 6g / day) and finally pick up Starting Rodent. Gonna be thick, solid, tight in no time.
