Your back isn't very defined, looks like you're not eating enough. Get on some supplements and hit the pumps and deadlift a couple times a week, you'll see improvement in your rhomboids all the way down to your lower back. Dumb bells won't do you much here bro
Some heavy ass dumbbell rows may help out. Just make sure they aren't Kroc rows, your TRAPS may become overdeveloped.
