I am getting sleepy a lot in the noon.
I know that it is the circadian rhythm, but I can't just nap without getting fired.
So I drink coffee, but coffee is causing me more and more problems.
I can't sleep well, and if I even come off it, then my sleep has for a long while a duration of 10 hours and even the noon/afernoon just makes me wanna sleep.

You should try some Valerian root. Supports restful sleep. I used to have just random nights where I couldn't sleep, melatonin helped... A lot. Still sore up in the middle of the night sometimes, but adding Valerian root with melatonin is seriously the best.

Not OP but you make that shit sound easy. Not everyone works a 9-5 job that guarantees a cozy consistent bedtime. Shift workers need melatonin along with proper sleep meds because these fucked up hours put food on the table. Try working until the sun comes up and then tell me I don't have any discipline NEET fag.
