Just stick with everclear or another grain alcohol.
Contains the least amount of calories and gives the best results. Stay hydrated with sports drinks or whatever works for you.
Some people can't handle both, but you'll probably be fine.

Started lifting a year ago and every time I drink I wake up really sore from the previous workout when normally I don't.
Probably not a good idea to drink if you want MAXIMUM GAINZ, but fuck it i'm in college there's no getting around it.
