I do IF as well. Five months now; started lifting last month.
My lifting is done at Planet Fitness, which is why my stats look a little weird. Do dumbbells on everything besides squat and deadlift, which are on the smith machine.
More interested in progressing in strength, so I am eating at maintenance hoping for recomposition due to noob gains.
