When did you start feeling like a big guy?
I'm obsessed with getting bigger, more like 240 lbs. My girlfriend and friends can't understand it - they say I'm already a huge.
> Has /fit/ ruined me?
> Will I never be content?
> Anyone understand this feel?
>anyone know how to greentext
I wouldn't consider myself big, l'm 6' 190 lbs, but it's not all muscle
6'5 285 I feel small too bro
when I was 5'11" 220lbs I felt like a big guy and I noticed that people respected me more. I've cut down to a little below 200lbs and look much better, but I definitely miss being a big guy.
>tfw 6'5,180lbs and skinny fat

> If you feel small there's no hope
I look down on almost everyone but I'm narrow. I'm not even getting bigger, the more I lift the more I get defined. How do you get SIZE?

Volume and food.

It's called lifting senpai

Would this routine but 3x10 work for volume?

I would even go for 3x12
I love lifting heavy. But I feel like it makes me just stronger instead of adding muscle

Seriously stupid question, but I just want to clarify. Say I can curl 50 lbs for 3x5, but only 35 for 3x12..... I will actually get bigger doing that at drastically lower weight, than the 3x5?

Yes. Training for fatigue increases sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which is the fluid between and around muscles. It'll make you bigger but not much stronger.

Thanks. You used big words so I trust that shit
