160kg for a single followed by a 5 second negative down to the point of no return (deeper than possible to get out of - bar gets set down on bars that are below my knees).

A usual session goes
bar x IDGAF (10-20, usually around 12).
60kg x 10-12
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
140kg x 3-5

And then whatever I feel like doing that day. Usually 160kg x1, sometimes 150kg x3.

After that it's 120kg xBoredom (until bored of reps or my lower back pump prevents any more squats).

Have you got any soreness in the knee area from doing squats so often? I personally have some soreness in my quads right over my kneecap. Stretching and foamrolliung it alleviates some of the pain though.

Gif is pretty old now, this was my best highbar squat before I got hurt.

I probably would've been good for a 230kg lowbar squat, I weigh 83kg or so here. I never tried daily maxing though, I got there through texas method until a 160kg squat then several cycles of sheiko's programs.

No. You're most likely fine. As long as you're bracing properly and being mindful of any lower back pain, you're fine.

Everyone is going to have some wink. Just make sure you're not winking from losing tightness by going slack in the hole of the squat.
