Barbell Rows vs. Pendlay Rows. vs. Dumbbell Rows vs. Weighted Pull-ups.

Which is the back exercise I should focus on progressing the most?
I'm doing all except Pendlay rows at the moment.

I'm doing an Upper-lower split and always start my upper body days with heavy bench or OHP and then either rows or pull-ups and I want to know if I should rather do heva weighted pull-ups 2 times and heavy barbell rows 1 time per week or the other way around.

Similar issue here, my joints are clicky af and even rowing 1pl8 makes me feel like my fists are about to pop off. i think I'm switching to DB rows.

I guess you mean strength progression. In this case do pull/chins and deadlifts as core exercises. Rows are good as assistence, specially high volume dumbbell rows, but you need a good reason to do them like every other assistence (weak spots, shoulder health, rehab). Even if you want to get some mass, Deads and Chins variations should be enough.

For bodybuilding I don't have much experience, but I think you should do at least three kinds of row in your push/back days. It depends of how much volume and how is your recovering.

If your goal is progress then I would do the most mechanically consistent (read: hard to cheat) movement which is Pendlay. Drop everything else and do cleans faggot.

I do these
it will put stress on your lower back and core to keep it stable
so it will train your core, just like the squat does
you may need to practice with the bar to get the form down
but once you get it down, and your core is solid
you will feel that wonderful burn in the lats and middle back (and biceps)
