How do you guys go about with your rice-filled diet? If I theoretically eat 2 cups of rice a meal, 5 meals a day, that's
2x5x242cal = 2420 cal
2x5x4.4g protein = 44g protein
2x5x53g carbs = 530g carbs
2x5x0.4g fat = 4g fat
That's in rice alone, not accounting the meal itself (veggies, poultry, meats, dairy)
