So /fit/ I have pretty narrow shoulders and a 32 inch waist...I was wondering if I could ever look aesthetic. I'm going to be working more on lats and side delts to see if that fixes it, but I don't want to end up like the guys in pic related.
That being said, I'm like 18% bf, so maybe loaing weight will make my waist significantly smaller. Pic related is my ideal physique, and I think he had kind of narrow shoulders

narrower OHP = front delts and tris
wider OHP = more shoulders and hits the whole head better
for best results I'd do a mix of barbell OHP and dumbbell OHP, dumbbell's are usually the best for anything even if they aren't as glamorous

The guys in the picture have below average genetics, most people have average genetics, so they would look much better. Also, it's better to be ugly and buff than ugly and skinny. None of the guys in the picture are any worse off from lifting.
