About to buy a power cage and a BB. Been doing DB stuff for a year. What specific exercises should I go for to make sure I can handle the BB?
I never did sports before, at all, and got into it over a year ago. Made huge progress but want to ensure success.
ITT: /fit/ is too busy shitposting to respond to a legit question.
C'mon.
What about doing barbell movements?

I try to do 5x5 using DB in preparation.
>military presses
>shoulder presses
>French presses
>pushups
if u cant lift the barbell u seriously need to visit a doctor

Where did you read that I couldn't?
A barbell is 20 kilos. Not everyone who starts can handle 20 kilos in every exercise. I think I shouldn't have a problem but I like to make sure since I won't get my hands on a BB before some time.
You're a worthless piece of shit.

Reduce the weight at first and check for proper stance.

I'll start with empty BB for that purpose, but it doesn't give me specific exercises to try on DB.

If you can't Squat, deadlift, bench press, row, and ohp a barbell you're either handicapped or a woman.

>If you can't
Again, where did you read that I couldn't?
>woman
Definitely convinced that you're an alpha male now, AHAHAHAHA FUCKING FAGGOT.

As if such people shouldn't work out like everyone else. Are you some kind of fedora wearer that we need to know about?
