Both of these. He basically looks like hes in decent shape and lower body fat.

You guys are delusional. He's not a bodybuilder but he's still in very good shape. He probably does a lot of real sport, OP, football training, skiing, sprints, rowing, that sort of thing.

Craig got this bod for his Bond role in 2006. He wasn't fit before.

>leg

Even if you do leg day regularly, you won't get massive legs just because. Fucking memes on the internet.

Oh yeah, cuz he never ever ever was fit for any previous roles ever, like Lara Croft or anything.
>>
>>35224171

Welp, article lied to me, once again. I see there wasn't much to improve on. The article I read literally said Craig spent a year getting his Bond bod. I hate the press.

Thanks for informing me.

Huge bond fan here, realistically he worked for about 4-5 months hard with a trainer and all the perks of Hollywood fitness. He was kinda "soft" when he had the role, so gain Muskle and lose bf and into bond mode

>Huge bond fan here

You'll be happy to know that my woman and myself have started a Bond marathon; we started with Skyfall because I had been invited to see the new movie and I never watch anything without my woman, so I managed to convince her to give it a shot, even though she haaaated Bond, without having seen a movie. She didn't dislike it at all. Then I managed to convince her to start at the beginning with Dr. No.

We're at Goldfinger now, and will most likely watch all Bond movies in the coming months.

>>35224259

Uh ok mate, scroll through his press tour and find out for yourself, yea of course he has good genetics and existing muscle, but there was like a 1.5-2 year window where he slipped and fell out of this mode, it's not unrealistic for someone to achieve this given 8months to a year of good training

I love the Craig movies but think it's weird how much they objectify his physique. None of the other Bonds had particularly impressive bodies and if Craig didn't have the muscles there would be no way in hell he'd have the role.
>>
>>35224300
You talk like a fag and your shit's all retarded.
>>
All you need is a professional Hollywood trainer and a cover story for your pharmas
>>
>>35224691
He's said that he only gets that fit in the few months building up to the movies, he's not that physique all year
>>
>>35224407
That's...disturbing
>>
>>35224074

If we're talking about the fictional character and not Daniel Craig, he says in Spectre that he only exercises when necessary.
>>
>>35225028
Which is all the fucking time with all the bullshit he has to deal with.

>>35224171
he did get a big bigger for 007 though

Did you see Connery's fucking legs? He had tree trunk bruh

Tbh his legs look proportionate to the rest of him. Hes at that point right before one starts to get too big and bulky and starts becoming unattractive

Ya but he didn't in bond. He was in good shape for the day (they all were) but my point was in all prior Bonds they emphasized his attitude or his face, and with Craig they make a much bigger deal about his body.

Don't get me wrong, all the Bonds were in shape and I'd more than happy with their physique when I'm their age, but Craig is the first one who is improbably/unrealistically ripped. It's too bad considering Bond was the last bastion of old school Hollywood portrayals of "real men" and now he's turned into the waxed and juiced epitome of objectified, autistic dysphoria.

It's just weird sitting through a Bond flick and having shot after shot of well framed/lit biceps or abs that are clearly only to appeal to shallow women and gay men.

I think there are as many 'how do I unlock James Bond mode' threads as there are ' how do I avoid Daniel Craig mode' threads

fun fact he wore a toupe for every single Bond role

This

Well Flemming based the character around a bunch of commandos he knew during WWII in what was the precursor for the British SAS, so I'd go with that.

As for Daniel Craig mode, the Men's Health workout is the exact same one Craig claims to have used.
