not really. eating habits are socially learnt. so our parents decide what we eat. until we are free to Cook our own stuff. but to this point there went a lot wrong. germanfag here, who was a fatty until 18. i went fat from one reason eating to much chocolate. i told my Patents I'm sick of chocolate and pls dont buy chocolate anymore. they die and i lost my weight in three years just by eating less. Thank my nana and mom could Cook. so basicly when i watched them AS kid I could See what real food looks like. not much proccessed shit (maybe some instant sauce but nor more)

i moved out and the freshmen 15 came since i still dient work out and my diet went shit. but thanks to watching my mom i was able to Cook basic food. lost those pounds again and now I'm Wirkung out. cooking is now a hobby. i can Cook good and great never had problems with cutting now and feeling empty. it is awesome and everyone is capable of cooking for 1-2 persons.
