Been working out a lot and going to this new gym. Noticed my hand is really itchy and see all these bumps. I'm wondering if I got some infection from using equipment that other people been using. Anyone else experience this before?

when i was like 13 i got poison ivy really bad all over my legs and inside of my thighs. it had those little yellow pus-filled things on the rash, some of it got flaky and scabby, itched like a motherfucker, etc. basically, it looked exactly like that and felt exactly like your'e describing, OP.
use calamine lotion liberally, take anti-histamine, and if it gets too unbearable go to a doctor or dermatologist.
