I get pic related from Walmart for like $3.50. It's not bad for what it is, but I'm on a cut and it only has 30 calories per cup. It's mainly because I HATE protein shakes with water, so the almond milk is a decent enough substitute for the 2% milk I regularly use when I'm not cutting.
