It's literally the best thing that has happened to the genre in the last couple of years. The quality of the storytelling/characters/conversations/graphics etc. etc. it's all top notch.
Even if you don't like the game saying its shite is just utter shit based on nothing.
The game is winning prices everywhere, it even gets praised to bits on metacrititic, which is often very critical of games. You don't like the game? Well that's fine, but witcher 3 is fucking amazing.
