5x5 Strong Lifts has made me into a T-Rex. I like the 3 days a week scheduling so I was wondering what I could do on the other 2 days just for arms or any other tips on fixing the problem. Thanks for any help ahead of time.

I was just looking into the 5x5 routine. I've got a cage and weights arriving tomorrow. I think I'm gonna start with this.

Are you really 250 after? Maybe the contrast is making you slimmer than you really are.
Anyway, you don't want to work out on the rest days to add stuff. Just add it the accessories at the end of your workouts. You should have been curling from the start desu. Chins if you aren't doing them already, dips too.

Do HIIT on your off days. Better for weight loss without sacrifing gains. I also do an hour of yin yoga once or twice a week with a little 10min routine in the mornings. I find it helps recovery and makes my form better. I also feel fucking awesome all the time from being well-stretched
Sean's stripped 5*5 is better. Add curls, incline db bench and db ohp.
