What does everyone's meal plans look like?
Eating whatever the fuck I want as long as it falls in my calorie limit

I try to eat as healthy as possible but do not count my calories, a normal day looks like:
Breakfast:
Cheerios w/ whole milk
Banana
Black Coffee
Snack:
Turkey and cheese sandwich
Protien bar
Black coffee
Lunch:
Usually 6oz of chicken or some cheap fish
Rice/ lentils/ some type of complex carb
Broccoli and carrots
Protien shake w/ whole milk if I lifted that day
Dinner
Either repeat of lunch or
4 egg sandwhich with lunchmeat/ 6 egg scrambled eggs
Snack
Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
Peanut butter on a slice of toast
If I had to ball park the calories itd be around 3000-3500 calories.
Its not the most effective thing but I hate cutting and I just want to get stronger.

this is today's meals.
random is two yogurts and a vegetable stock cube .
small shit like that I don't bother counting the exact macros just the calories.
drinks = coffee with milk and sugar and 4 liters of water mixed with two 30 calorie powder sachets for added flavor.
I need more vegetables in my life.
I got 70 cal left I'll eat that tommorw with breakfast

Do I really look like a guy with a plan?
>>35210043
I'm considering spending some serious shekels to have a nutritionist build one of those for me
I don't mind cooking at all, I kinda like it actually
But for the love of god, don't make me choose things

I'm the opposite f@mily. Choosing is easy since I don't mind eating the same thing every day but I'm way too busy/lazy to keep up on preparing it

buy good food, eat it in routine
How do you guys get around things like work/school just general life like you can't cook grilled chicken at work etc.

cook at home anon.
invest in some tupper ware boxes .
as a vegan my meals are pretty easy really.
mostly just chopping up fruits and veggies. Most cooking is for legumes like lentils and beans, and carbs like potatoes.
4 chicken breast
1 can corn
1 can black beans
2 cups brown rice
Spice or a little tomato sauce if you're addicted to sugar but it a good plain tBh fAm
Divide into 2-4 depending on cut/bulk
I could eat this ish erry day
