Looking for a basic bench to complement my power rack/cage to do barbell routine in.
What should I look for? I don't really need extra stuff, but I want your feedback.
Check the height. They should be around 18" tall. Cheaper ones are often above that.
Make sure it can handle the weight. If you weight 200 and bench 300, it needs to handle 500.
If your floor isn't perfectly level, get a bolt together one, you can adjust it to level using the play in the bolts.

I have this flat bench.
Got it for 150 with free shipping.
Rated at 1000 lbs and the height is 17 inches.
Only bad part is you have to put it together but other than that its great.

You can spend as much or as little as you want.
My first bar & 300lbs set cost 150 + 100 for bench & squat rack.
getrxd has some decent entry equipment.
