In every interview I've had this semester the person conducting the interview has creamed listening to me tell them all the shit I have to do.
I have to put on 16 programs a semester with learning outcomes like diversity, life skills, spirituality (jesuit university, but I'm not catholic), wellness (lifting programs ayy), and like 6 others. Plus I have to be on duty every other week. There's also an extensive rehire process and my job depends on my performance. It's underrated af. Plus I don't really drink anyway so it's whatever.

I once got to start a conversation with a girl who had a clear crush on me.

All you really need to do is just focus on your diet, running, pushups, and situps.
A good way to practice for the run part of the PFA (physical fitness assessment) is to split up your cardio workouts. Sprints one day, slow and long the next. As for pushups and situps, just do like 20 of each every hour for week, then bump it up to 25 every hour for a week, and so on and so forth until you can bust out like 100 in a row. Seems far off and hard to do, but it aint.
I personally dropped 100ish lbs before joining the navy. Went from 260 to 160, and am currently doing a slightly dirty bulk up to 190, and then going to cut back down to 175.
As for the shit outside of work, you'll have fun. Every person in a navy uniform is now your family, whether you like it or not. Everyone is there to help each other with whatever they may need, at least most of the time.
As for poon... If you're in a port town, ie Norfolk / San Diego, expect the whole military thing to not get you any special recognition. The civvies there are used to my kind.

When you go home
Shit's fuckin easy due to two things
1) You're in the fuckin' military, and you're one of a few people from your town to do that, so now you got all those grills from back in the day clambering at your dick
