Why? Narrow shoulders is ugly as fuck and not useful in any way. Paired with narrow hips will make it look slightly than when paired with wide hips but you'll be even weaker.
I'd take wide hips with normal shoulders over narrow shoulders and normal hips any day. Narrow shoulders makes you look frail and be weak. Wide hips might look bad but at least you're strong.
