Lifting scrub here, whats the point in doing squats if I'm already hitting my glutes and hamstrings doing deadlifts?
>>35206551
Deadlifts are hard to recover from and you can't do them as often as you can do squats.
>>35206551
Quads obviously

Now go squat OP
>>35206690
How did this meme start?
I deadlift more than 400 every other day, plenty of powerlifters do it too, not to speak of oly lifters who do some kind of pull variation every day.
>>35206773
same. but not 400 im weak as fuk
bitches gonna bitch
>>35206773
in building strength, lower back muscles develop very slowly and the soreness can be hard to recover from. OP is obviously a novice if he doesn't squat, so it's important for him to build a strong core slowly and without injury.
>>35206551
to hit them more?
wow what a faggot

Just because you can doesn't mean you arnt damaging your body by doing such a taxing exercise all the time
>>35206810
Just because you can't doesn't mean I am damaging my body by doing the exercise all the time.
>>35206883
I can, but Its just not recommend by the highest level coaches in the world. Squats are also a much better movement for athletes and performance. I don't care if you do them all the time I'm just answering a question. I couldnt care less about what you do anon.
>>35206883
It's relative, is 400 close to your max? I could DL low percentages of my max every other day as well, but if I was trying to push PRs that often I would be fucked
>>35207002
Hes not me.
My max is 230, 470?.
>>35206934
I inured my back 3 yeara ago.
Since then i do them perfectly.
>>35207002
Not even close. Working sets are at or above 80% of max
>>35207675
>max is 30 kilos
>lift 24 kilos
Right? Imaginary numbers, never lifted a BB.
