I'm pleased with the gains I made on lgd, I enjoyed the strength, endurance and hardness on s4 but considering that's only temporary I would only bother with lgd.

There are a couple of newer ones sr9009 and rad140, one of those was abandoned by GSK for some reason (probably a good one) so don't fuck yourself angel baby

Ostarine is the freatest studied. It is entering phase 3 human trials in 2916, having passed phase 2 with flying colors.

I like ostarine. Joints feel good on it, and increased recovery.
