That's a pretty large plantar's wart. The big ones are hard to get rid of yourself, prob have to go somewhere to get it removed.

Most plantar warts, and similar warts caused by HPV, are easily treated with shit you can get over the counter, or will start to peel off as a bunch of dead skin on their own after ignoring it for a long-ass time. Completely harmless other than as a noticeable lump of dead skin 90% of the time, at worst it won't go away without treatment and become a bit of a small pain if you put pressure on it.
It can spread if you put the wart to another cut/burned part of skin.

I gently cut the top of the skin off, then I use tweezers to SLOWLY get the little "seeds" out one by one. After I pull each one out, I clip off the excess skin and let it heal for a day or 3 before lifting with stuff that really puts pressure on my fingers/grip. If you want it to hurt less when you do it, you could always buy some over the counter wart freezer and freeze it before you start cutting. I didn't think it hurt that bad but I have a weird obsession with removing shit on my body that isn't supposed to be there as soon as I can.

You know what finally did it? Duct Tape. Wrap that sucker in duct tape for a week, and then when it's all white and sad, go to fucking town with a pumice stone or a nail file.

1. Those aren't fucking seeds, they're popped capillaries. There is no reason to remove them.
2. It's a tumor. Unless you're cutting a fucking chunk out of your hand, they're going to grow back by doing this. Freeze them off. And don't tell me they're not coming back because clearly you get them enough to have a fuckin procedure for it.

Had two and cut them out. Never came back. The reason I cut them out is because they were on the bottom of my foot right where I carry my body weight. I should mention that I froze them first, and I don't remember them bleeding until I cut the very last little bit out at the bottom. It did look like there was a giant hole there, but that hole in my foot felt so much better to stand/walk on all day than those fucking warts did.

GO to your doctor, get them frozen off. Everyone get them at some point. But i had one that just wouldn't go away, even after using pretty much every treatment imaginable. ended up cauterizing it on my own with a red hot nail. Haven't come back since and that was 3 years ago
