Now that I got on texas method my lifts are pretty lopsided.

Ohp 140
Squat 185
Deads 285

I'm pretty sure my non squat is hold back my deadlift and my bench os going to fuck me up eventually as well so I'm mot going any higher on them til my other lifts come up

You can deadlift more than that mate, I'm sure. Use a trap bar if you're worried about injury, maybe even wear a belt too. Squat seems low too compared to your bench but I'm guessing you're a heavy guy so going slow with the squats is understandable, you're wasting time with a 60kg deadlift though.
