enjoy your gyno
The estrogen thing is a meme. The general consensus among peer-reviewed nutritional studies is that phytoestrogens have no effect on men and either no or a negligible effect on women. The people who push the "muh gyno" narrative are the same types that go through a gallon of dairy a day anyway, they have no idea what they're talking about. Just make sure you get a lot of variety in your protein sources to make up for its incomplete amino acid profile and soy's an excellent choice to add to your diet.
