The amount you've to consume on a vegan diet to get the same amount of protein from mat is huge. The excess is all carbohydrates,
You lose out on readily available omega 3s and it's harder to get iron.

I understand that vegans such as VG come off as rude and it is a turn off, which also fortifies the image of vegans being emancipated looking, douchebag liberals in California, but when you deconstruct veganism in itself, does it make you uneasy about eating meat? Most protein from vegetables is not digestible by humans and just passes through our system as fiber. That aside, the diet falls short in complete protein, b12, omega fatty acids, ect.

If "everyone" switched to a diet of non-face things like what vegan-ism is you would actually see an INCREASE in animal deaths because you make unsustainable for farmers to keep and raise what could be called food animals and even milking cows become unprofitable, and when they make no money they have no real reason for farms to raise them/house them.
Removing the market value of these animals removes the desire for farmers to keep them alive. Another thing you would see is habitats for said animals destroyed and converted to farm feilds that would be required to produce this ridiculous amount of vegetables/fruits required to sustain the population, and you would see way harsher pest control, the rabbit population in particular would be massively culled to ensure the feilds are harvest-able.
And just surface level if all hunting was outlawed or all trapping was outlawed you would see nature destroy itself as the populations of animals skyrocket to habitat unsustainable levels and starve themselves out which vegan propaganda would demand we give them our harvest leading to food shortages etc etc. and thats just scratching the surface of a "vegan" reality.

Because we removed most natural predators. Populations in a healthy ecosystem with predators regulate themselves fairly well. I'm not proposing blindly reintroducing predators everywhere, mind you, but this one we can blame on ourselves for a good part.
