>>
>>35182286
Right. I had forgotten this, thanks.

>>35182292
Well I actually am, I'm two days in, but I'm no expert, so I was wondering what you faggots over /fit/ thought about this.

I plan on resting on Sunday though.
>>
Why one would follow a training regimen mentioned in a far east asian cartoon boggles my mind.

HAHAHA IT'S THAT MEME FROM THAT ANIMOO

Saitamas training just shows how fucking stupid weebshit and the Japanese in general are

100 pushups and 100 situps is something you can do in a couple fucking minutes, 100 squats will take longer but still isn't even an hour depending on reps per set and weight

Then after this sub 30 minute warmup routine he goes and runs six miles and he's done. He wouldn't even be a good fucking cardio bunny with that routine what a joke
>>
Can we have one day without this thread?
>>
>>35182267
You do realize even Genos called that a mediocre training regimine. Also, while the 100 situp/pushup/squat setup is actually fairly easy - 10km isn't feasible on your joints and shit every day. You'll go skelly mode.
>>
>>35182307
What part of EVERYDAY do you not understand!
>>
>>35182318
>>35182329
First time posting on /fit/, I'm serious.

>>35182325
Aren't you just jealous m8? If you truly have a better way to get fit then show it instead of being salty.

>>35182337
Genos is a robot, who the fuck cares.
I agree on the running part though, might only do that 3 to 4 times a week.
>>
>>35182325
That's the joke
>>35182310
It's a joke
>>35182267
It would actually be decent to maintain gains when you're away from the gym.

EVERY FUCKING DAY!
10 KM RUNNING!

DO NOT CHANGE THE ROUTINE!
>>
fit prolly wont agree but you'll get strong as fuck as long as you progressively add more reps. Go have a look at Solitary Fitness by Charles Bronson. The dude has legendary strength and he does hundreds of reps daily.
>>
6 miles is absolutely nothing. especially on a treadmill. everything else is easy peasy.
this is pretty much just a standard military bootcamp routine.
>>
>>35182354
>might only do that 3 to 4 times a week
NDTP
>>
>>35182358
>running 10 km

You don't lift

put food in your mouth

I'll check it out, thanks.

What?
>>
>>35182415
I-I'm sorry.
>>
Running 10 km a day?
You will literally break your body.
You need to gradually build towards that kind of mileage. Increase your weekly running mileage by no more than 10% a week. You could probably start at 4-5 miles a week if you're not a runner, see how it feels. Do an on off split daily with your running and mix it up some slow and long some fast and short and some medium.
Source: Am pretty good skeleton calesthenics runner with just a little lifting.
>>
>>35182865
idk. break your body as in shin splints?
just doesn't seem like that much to me.
most military fags do this, doesn't even sound like a warm up desu.
>>
>>35182307
No resting. Ever. You have to do it everyday.
That's the MOST IMPORTANT thing
>>
>>35182901
Shin splints, tendinitis in knees ankles and hips, and stress fractures.
You'll get these and it'll wreck your motivation and possibly your body.
Yeah this is a pseudo military workout but military fags don't start with 6 miles every single day. I mean you could walk-jog it but theres no point in doing that. Just actually run and use shorter distances.
Look up a marathon prep workout routines or go to sealswcc and look at the pt guide they distribute for BUD/s candidates.
Unless you're already a runner or athlete with pretty high mileage. But I see a lot of regular joes right out of high school hop on a program with a lot less miles than this and they get injured pretty frequently.
But hey maybe I'm wrong, try it for three days. After 30 km come back and report how you're feeling.
>>
>>35182325
What is satire

>or go to sealswcc and look at the pt guide they distribute for BUD/s candidates.

This shit looks pretty great.
>>
>>35182307
Not running every day, NDTP desu senpai
>>
>>35182358

>that routine
>maintaining anything

Have you actually even lifted anything ever?
>>
>>35182267
WOW YOU'RE THE FIRST PERSON TO FUCKING ASK THIS
>>
>>35182267
I was USMC infantry....a good thing we would do is :
Run a mile with body armor
drop armor and do 300 air squats/ 200 pushups/ 100 pull ups
run another mile with armor
do another bodyweight session
finish up with another mile
>>
>>35182267

Go to /asp/ and get a good bodyweight routine faggot but generally, drop the sit-up, they suck, add dips, pull-up and don't fuking do this everyday like a moron, you need rest to prevent injury
>>
>>35182267
Yeah if you want to completely destroy your joints.
>>
>>35185585
>a good thing
sounds like a bad thing imo
>>
Don't forget 1 banana for breakfast
>>
>>35182267
its a good routine but it causes baldness so be careful
>>
>>35182267
>mfw i ride bike 40 miles per day
>spend 2-3 hours ontop of that daily in gym
I think I do more honestly

It will definitely make a huge impact on your physique. But this schedule is fucking brutal and long af.
You can just go to the gym do some bench, squats, deadlifts, and some back exercises and you will get fit. compound movments thats all
>>
>>35182267

The running will fuck your shit up. Do swimming instead.

Also, either spread out the 100s or do them every other day. Not as heavy as the running, but all organized work outs have rest periods.
>>
>>35182267
I'm making an effort to do this in conjunction with the Charles Atlas 'Dynamic Tension' course.
By the logic of both anime and comic books.... I should soon become the most powerful man on the planet.
