It's beyond simple. What people don't get is that being healthy and being thin are two very different things. You can eat 1000 calories of crap every day and be thin but unhealthy, or you can eat 1000 calories of healthy shit every day and be moderately healthy. Exercise to be truly healthy. When I was in high school, there was this really fat kid in my homeroom. He left for a different room eventually, but I ended up having class with him during senior year. He was still pudgy and said he'd accepted that. He was also a linebacker for the school football team and in the gym daily, as well as the treadmills. You can be pudgy and perfectly healthy if you're active, as evidenced by him. What you can't be is a 50% body fat lazy shit whose greatest physical feats include getting off your scooter to move to the XL toilet. Fatties have to accept they're just not healthy and get off their lazy asses. Nobody is asking for them to become Mr. Olympia, just to stop being a stinking ball of shame and self-hate manifested as outward hate.
