Want to see if we can get some serious generals going on for gymnastics, swimming, as well as strong man.
>tfw too tall to be a gymnast
>>35176224
how tall?
>>35176223
i used to make them all the time. i have a lot of experience with it but frankly it was moved to /asp/ for bodyweight training, and they thought i was the next mong because my training routine wasnt the Foundation Series by Chris Sommer
and frankly, i dont look that good atm. i had a car accident and currently cutting, but that doesnt hinder my knowledge obviously
but until i look decent enough to post in CBT threads im going to lurk and continue just bodyweight exercises until i can make the generals again
>>35176179
I swim in pussy
>>35176179
her name is Annamari Maaranen
I'm really wanting to get into swimming but there are no reasonably sized indoor swimming pools nearby so I have to wait until spring before I can start.
>>35176249
6'8
I'm lanky as fuck
>>35176289
We should start a gymniastics specific one, fuck bodyweight.
>>35176410
could be worse
>>35176671
nah
im not a gymnast, but i simply use gymnastic exercises. its like saying youre a powerlifter because you squat frequently.
>>35176711
GB just released tumbling 1, and why not just make a GST thread?
>>35176223
sure I have an old sticky about the swimming general but when i posted the first thread I was told to go to /asp/. IMO /fit/ is better for a swimming general but hey I'm not making the rules here. Anyways here is the sticky http://pastebin.com/Au7YQS4d
>>35177418
fuck forgot trip on
>>35176179
Not really a gymnast, like calisthenics and bodyweight training though. Swim as well, both beach and pool, non-competitive atm.
>>35176289
Yeah they preach foundation like its gospel and The Only Way (tm) over at /asp/
>>35176179
muh dick
>>35178976
imagine pinning test with her and then her roidrage fucking you harder than ever before
>>35177418
Hey. I used to swim competitively and we were told that breathing on every 3rd stroke was the best. Now I see olympians breath on every second. Which is better?
>>35176223
>strong man
Don't they make them anymore?
>>35178990
hey man I dont know stuff well at all I am just a guy with a lot of free time so I figured I would start the general.Dont take my word but from what I heard swimming every 3 strokes can help you be able to take a breath no matter what side so you may want to do that if someone is a beginner

I swim a ~mile (1800 yards) after gym. The cardio + weightlifting has been helping me lose fat. It's also my calm, therapeutic, black guy thinking time for the day.
>>35183834
>you're a fast guy
I did a couple seasons in high school. Could only get my 50 down to ~24 seconds. Good job, m80rocketlauncher.
