Been lifting for about almost two years only using creatine monohydrate and protein supplements. Gymbro/trainer recommended it was time I started a test booster. I tend to read up a shit ton on anything I put in my body but I can't seem to grasp if this would be beneficial, or even worth it if it were.

What are the risks of test boosters, if any, for a 19 y/o male at 6' 155lbs (no legs mode)

I'm looking at 1XD Test Boost and N'Fuze Creatine combo. Any thoughts?

yup. Your money is better spent on test boosting foods if you want to stay natty. Nuts, fish, brocolli, lean meats with saturated fat & cholesterol....

If you aren't roiding, boosting test is all about your training & lifestyle (sleep), diet is less important, supplements basically make no difference.

That's what I've pretty much concluded about this. I'm too afraid of fucking up hormone levels so probably not until late 20's will I consider test

you litteraly only need to buy DIM and DHEA and take anywhere from 100mg to 500mg of each spread out through the day or after your workout, its DHEA forces your body to produce more hormones becuase its a precurror to them and DIM blocks out the bad Estrogen in your body also both of theses supplemnts you can get over the counter at walmart or amazon and see great results, less acne, better mood, greater endurance, fat loss and muslce growth to the point that you can workout much harder than you normally would, i recommend increasing your workouts to total body atleast 4 days a week and at most 6 so you can maximize you potential

Either way, my dick hasn't fallen off. Maybe it's been placebo, but I have felt more on edge, hornier, aggressive (compared to being a total pussy)
