Been lifting for about 6 months
went from 5'10 120lbs to 143 lbs.
Despite my 1rm my legs are not small compared to my upper body either.

a lot of it was mental limitation, also unload your weight, so drop down a bit, and really focus on the high reps with near perfect form and move up again.
