I have it too, OP. I put pic related on my chest every single day, it's a godsend. It looks completely normal AND it blends so well with the skin I'm even able to wear white shirts. I'm not joking when I say I'd have zero confidence without it.

Micropore tape as someone already mentioned. Shirtless is kind of impossible as it's not totally transparent but I can wear any type of clothing, it's also extremely resistant and I will do hard chest days with it on no problem, it doesn't come off slightly.
