My Novice Gains have reached an end. This is the routine I have been doing, but everything is stalling now.

My 1RM has stopped at:
> Bench: 265 lbs
> Squat: 245 lbs
> Deadlift: 315 lbs
> OHP: 175 lbs

My goal is to put on 20 lbs of muscle slowly, no fat.

I'm now doing Madcow 5x5

it's really fun, I hear Texas Method is REALLY brutal

if you miss workouts due to real life, then it will fuck things up
so make sure you have time to follow it to the letter

i've been wondering the same, bro. i don't see myself getting more than 2 more months or so out of SS so i've been looking at intermediate programs, but i barely see it discussed here. honestly have no idea where to go from here Senpai. was thinking 5/3/1 tho.

I changed the Wednesday workout to
Front Squats 5x3
Bench/OHP PR

I'm too tired after Squat PRs to get the Pressing PRs on Friday, so I do them first on Wednesdays

Front Squats help me where I'm weak, and aren't so heavy as to tax my body.

Just my .02

But I'm weak,
Lifting 6mo
137.5x5 OHP
200x5 Bench
255x5 Squat
300x5 Deadlift weak as fuck

have you found yourself progressing linearly on it? I was adding 10 pounds a week to everything for 5 weeks when i did it
