I try to eat as many eggs as I can for breakfast at college cafeteria. Then a banana or apple for mid day. For dinner, back to the caf for the least bad of the entrées offered, with good veggies if I can find them..if it's canned veggies they're serving, fuck that, that shits for subhumans, I'll just take a multivitamin.

I drink a few glasses of milk a day, and take protein as well.

I'm always trying to either lose or gain, so diet is in constant flux.
