in the last few months my personality has shifted dramatically. I've gone from an extrovert who loves socializing/partying to an introvert who is completely content with his time alone. My motivation has also been severely tapped. In this time I have also been on exchange to a school in northern Sweden, so my exposure to sunlight has decreased to the point where I now go entire days without seeing the sun.
You guys think this is depression, vitamin D deficiency, home sickness or what? Im honestly not sad, just turning into a massive introvert.
On a fitness note, is upper back movement acceptable on a pendlay row as long as my hips dont move?

I literally started taking vit D sups two days ago since i got diagnosed with a huge deficiency.
Coming out of depression, I'm an introvert myself but want to become much more extrovert. Let my feelings flow out more freely, socialize, find true friends, all this bullshit. Is there a good way to 'learn' it?
I want to be authentic, open, warm, sympathetic and make people feel comfortable in my presence. And i dont want to pretend it!
Right now I'm kind of forcing myself and it's stressful and sometimes awkward.

i'm a graphic designer and have to draw complex technical diagrams all the time with this type of restriction. if anything it has caused my autism.
on-topic i thought lifting would give me the confidence to be more social and outgoing but i've just found that it's given me the clarity to find logic and reason behind why i don't like being around people, as opposed to how it was previously just an unjustifiable phobia.

By upper back movement, what do you mean.
By hip movement what do you mean.
If the there is a change in hip joint angle. Then it would suggest your whole trunk is moving through space. Which, if your back maintains the proper neutral position, means you are simply cheating on the row with glute/ham aide.
The issue is if your hip angle stays the same, but you upper back is moving through space. This would suggest you are cheating the row with erector aide. Which is not the idea.
It is better for you to have a braced neutral spine position, along the entire length. And cheat with glute/ham.
But it's best to not cheat at all. So use lighter weight and strictly perform your rows. Concentrate on scapula retraction, and moving the humerus through space.

Having seen this autism test meme several times, could you not just go around the entire world in the reverse direction of the houses for the electricity lines and 1 of each of the other two lines? This would create the only solution in which only 1 implicit rule is broken(5 times) as opposed to most other options where they break the only explicitly stated rule multiple times
